Here’s the main focus areas for this years work weekend:
Caulk cracks and expansion joints;
Replace weather stripping on bottom of north/south doors, kitchen and broverhang;
Caulk flashing upstairs onto broverhang;
Replace blinds in Chapter room…again!
Power wash deck/patio;
Clean bbq pit;
Install some track lighting;
Scrape and paint east outside stairs;
Hang redone composites; archival photography
Organize Zeke’s closet;
Install hvac filter and make a new covering for open space in the skylight.

P.S. Bring tools, ladders, power washers, grinders and the usual work weapons. The work begins around 8 am on Saturday, August 22 and will go on until about 5 pm. Plan for a group dinner on Saturday night (Walburg Restaurant has been a go-to in years past), to which everyone is invited, and a final wrap-up by Noon on Sunday before heading home.
